Link eVoucher Accounts to your Single Login Profile

Overview

If you have more than one eVoucher account because you perform CJA related services in more than one court, or if you have separate attorney and expert user logins in the same court, you must link those accounts to your Single Login Profile in order to access them.  Once linked, you can switch between accounts from within eVoucher using the Accounts menu. You will no longer be required to log in and out of each account or keep track of separate usernames and passwords for each account.

IMPORTANT: One account must be selected as your default court. Each time you log in to eVoucher you will be taken to the Home page for your default court.

There are two ways you can link eVoucher accounts to your Single Login Profile, from within eVoucher by accessing your Single Login Profile page, and also when visiting the web address for another court where you have an eVoucher account after you have already created your Single Login Profile.  Instructions for both methods are listed below.

What you will need

To link an eVoucher account to your Single Login Profile, you will need the Username and Password used to login to eVoucher prior to release 6.4.

Step Action

After logging in to eVoucher, go to the person icon > Single Login Profile or go to Help > Single Login Profile.

On the Single Login Profile page, expand the section titled Link your eVoucher Accounts to your Single Login Profile by clicking the + sign.

To link an eVoucher account to your Single Login Profile:

  1. Select the court type, District or Appellate.

  2. Select the court from the Court drop-down.

  3. Type the username and password for the account in the Court login username and Court login password fields.

  4. Click Link Account.

A message will be displayed if the account is successfully linked.

Link eVoucher Account from Court Web Address

If you have not already linked an eVoucher account using the method above, the first time you visit the web address for any court where you have an eVoucher account, you will be prompted to link it to your Single Login Profile.

Visit the eVoucher site for the secondary district or circuit in which you already have an eVoucher account.  On the sign in page, type your single login profile email address in the Email Address field and click Next.

 On the password page, type your single login profile password in the Password field and click Next.

 Type the Username and Password for your existing eVoucher account for the court site accessed in step 1 to link it to your single login profile. Click Next.

 A success message appears which advises that the new court has been added and advising which court is your default court.  Click Next to be directed to your home page for this court.
 

Note: The next time you log in to eVoucher you will be taken to your default court. Use the Accounts menu to switch between eVoucher accounts.
