eVoucher User Representative Group FAQs

What is the purpose of the eVoucher User Representative Group?

The eVoucher User Representative Group will assist the Administrative Office of the CMSO with a series of studies conducted to learn about users’ experiences working with CJA eVoucher and Vendor Management. Your participation in the eVoucher User Representative Group will help provide guidance to those working on modernizing eVoucher and the Vendor Management System.


How do I opt-in or join the eVoucher User Representative Group?

Go to the User Representative Program Sign Up page. Then, you will tell us a little about yourself and how you’d like to participate by filling out a questionnaire. If your profile fits one of our upcoming studies, we’ll send details about next steps.


What if I no longer want to participate in the eVoucher User Representative Group?

Your participation is voluntary. You may choose to Opt-Out of the User Representative Group at any time. Please note that it can take up to two weeks to process your removal from the group.


How will the eVoucher User Representative Group’s study data be used?

You can trust us to never share your data with third parties. Other members of the Administrative Office of the CMSO may join your study to observe your responses. They may also view session recordings, survey responses or notes in the future.

We may publish research reports, articles or training content that includes your anonymous comments and experiences shared. If information from the study is used for any reason, the Administrative Office of the CMSO will not provide any details which would allow anyone to identify you, nor will it use this information in any way that can be damaging to you.


How will personal information and study data be stored and protected?

The Administrative Office of the CMSO will store and process your personal information and session data securely in an online data repository until they deem the content no longer necessary for the research purposes for the modernization of the CJA eVoucher and Vendor Management System. This personal data can include your name, email address, and phone number.


What are the requirements to participate in the eVoucher User Representative Group?

You must be a registered user of the CJA eVoucher and can log in. It doesn’t matter if you’re a newbie or a seasoned user of eVoucher, we’d love for you to participate.

  • If you’d like to join an online session with a user experience expert, we ask that you have access to either Zoom or Microsoft Teams on a device with a microphone and camera.
  • To complete a survey, we will send an email with a link to an online form to your active email address.
  • In order to participate in a usability study, you must have access to either Zoom or Microsoft Teams on a device with a microphone and camera. You will also need the ability to share your screen.

How often will I be asked to participate in a study?

If selected for studies that match your profile, we ask that you accept at least one study in the year of 2025. The maximum number of studies you can participate in will be 3 each year.
